Ensemble: mobile application
Musical events organizing with interactive score viewing
Concept
Ensemble is a mobile application prototype designed for musicians that wants to read from a collection of interactive sheet music with various tools like metronome, tuner, video playback and recording. This was developed was part of the dissertation about the implementation of technology in music mobile applications.
Design Prototype
After listing all of the ideas of what the content will be, wireframe designs were made using Adobe XD to get a sense of the structure and positioning of the various element.
It was developed using Angular framework for the functionality &
Ionic framework for the visual elements with Visual Studio Code.
Digital scores storage

Part selection
When a score is selected, available parts are shown in their instrument family where one can be selected to view the music.

Recording
Recordings of the selected score can be viewed by each instrument through a dropdown list.
Interactive Score

Tools
When viewing a score, multiple tools can be selected from the icons below.

Video synchronization
A video can be synchronized which follows the score which allows the player to play with a virtual orchestra.
Ensemble managment

Posts
Members in the ensemble can post messages which can be used for communications of updates.

Events
Events by the ensemble can be created for its members where they can attend and see specific information about them.
Event details
Information such as description, location, time & date, attending musicians and a list of musical program can be seen in the event details page.
